Glutenfree Hotels..
.. finding a vega(n) breakfast or gluten free dinner can be challenging.
As a nutritionist and a gluten free traveller I do know the struggle. Therefore finding cozy accommodations,
with dietary options or home cooking facilities, became my passion.
As a result I created this platform to share all my findings here with you!
Feel free to look around, and tell me about your experiences,
I’d love to hear from you!

Chalet Rosanna (Austria)
Surrounded by mountains, in the north of Austria you’ll find this beauty of a B&B. Never before I met a host being so welcoming. Breakfast contains home-made dishes, with local products and vega(n) breakfast options.

Scandinavian Lodges (Netherlands)
Love comfort, but also crave that typical outdoor feeling? Then this is your spot! Holten Outdoors offers several accommodations, like wooden cabins or safari tents. All cottages offer a lot of privacy and home-cooking options, perfect to safely prepare your own glutenfree breakfast.

Hotel Osteria Del Vino (Germany)
This authentic looking tavern is situated at walking distance from the idyllic city centre of Cochem. It has it’s own wine cellar and I’d really recommend a taste! They offer home made diner, available for houseguests only and in the morning you’ll find a full breakfast with vega(n) options.

Exploring the world, meeting people from other cultures, hearing their life story’s, has somehow always fascinated me. I enjoy organising trips and tasting local foods. But wandering around a new place, is probably my favourite thing to do.
A few years ago, I found that some fysical symptoms I’d been struggling with, where the result of a too busy lifestyle and lack of real nutrition. In time I changed my dietary pattern, started to eat glutenfree and dairyfree, gained a lot of knowledge about it and became a nutritionist. At first, this felt like a giant mountain to climb, how could I maintain this new found lifestyle while travelling? The more options I found, the more I felt like sharing this with the world.
During these past years I visited so many lovely B&B’s and other small-scale, cozy accommodations. Which offer quality food, dietary- or home-cooking options. So I collected all these accommodations and added them here. Feel free to look around!
Besides accommodations you’ll find restaurant tips, routes and personal stories. About my trips or from travellers who left the beaten path and followed their dreams, by starting a B&B abroad. Cause who doesn’t love a great story?
